- More than 20 years of experience in one specific area, for example, manufacturing, marketing, sales, finance or R&D functional management.
- Have solid and proven methodology which is practical and valuable to help solving specific problems in business management.
- Have the working experience in world-leading companies as top level management role.
- Good presentation style and be cooperative.
- English speaker or Bilingual (both Mandarin & English) Speaker.
